Britney Spears House
Singer, songwriter, actress Britney Spears Born on December 2, 1981, in Kentwood, Louisiana. For more than a decade, Britney Spears has been one of the most successful and sometimes controversial solo acts in popular music. For a time, however, she was better known for her personal struggles. Spears launched her latest comeback in 2008, releasing a new album and setting out on a world tour.
The singer has two sons from her marriage to Kevin Federline, five-year-old Sean Preston and four-year-old Jayden James.
The new property is located in hilltop estate in the exclusive Calabasas area of Los Angeles.
The exact address is 25085 Ashley Ridge Road, Hidden Hills, California, United States, 91302
The mansion sits on over 3 acres and a massive 20,000 square feet of indoor space.
Britney's house has 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms all with high ceilings and dark hardwood floors.
The house is very child oriented and even has a games room complete with air hockey table, pin ball machines and arcade games.
The village-like area is completely gated and private with its own Starbucks, supermarket and restaurants which will keep Britney and her family away from prying eyes.
Outside there are expansive private gardens set on three acres complete with a tennis court, swimming pool and multiple hot tubs, with caves and waterfalls plus huge areas of lawn and mature trees.
The palatial property was previously on the market with an asking price as high as $18,900,000 and as low as $12,900,000. However, after kibbutzing with a few cohorts we're satisfied that Miss Spears actually leased the property, as was reported in the Wall Street Journal. We haven't a clue what she's actually paying each month, but the huge house was most recently listed at $25,000 per month.
The pop princess' new home is in the same community where superstars like Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Melissa Etheridge and the heartburn inducing Kardashian/Jenner clan. Until recently rock and roll princess Lisa Marie Presley owned and occupied a two-parcel compound in the upscale enclave.
The seller of Miss Spears new Tudor-style compound is construction mogul/private equity pasha Ron Tutor who joined a consortium of investors who include Rob Lowe who recently acquired Miramax Films from the Walt Disney Company in am astonishing $660,000,000 deal. Mister Tutor is well known among Los Angeles real estate followers and in September of 2008 the business baron made headlines when he dropped a heart-stopping $32,200,000 to purchase a not yet completed 27,000 square foot mega-mansion with 18 poopers in the unashamedly ostentatious guard-gated Beverly Park community tucked into the mountains high above Beverly Hills.
